As a yoga instructor, Amanda Gargiulo is trained in the Baptiste Style of Power Vinyasa. She received her certification from BeYoga, a Yoga Alliance accredited school, under the supervision of Larissa Schiano-Gonzales, as well as her Nutrition Coachin certification through NASM.
